All sales of digital products (e.g., channeled readings, meditation files) are final and non-refundable. Coaching services can be ended at any time. If I choose to end the coaching relationship, I will refund any unused sessions minus PayPal fees. Missed group sessions will not be refunded or rescheduled. If you are more than 10 minutes late, you forfeit the session.

Respectful behavior is a top priority in my courses and group offerings. Hate, defamation, disruption, or slander of other participants, coaches, or members of Twin Flames Eternal Dance, Twin Flames Universe, or the Church of Union will result in immediate exclusion and a contractual penalty of at least USD 5,000, plus damages.

Recording of any courses or workshops is strictly prohibited. You may take notes by hand or typed.

Appointments and Cancellation Policy
Please notify me at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule a session. If you fail to appear or are more than 10 minutes late, the session will be forfeited.

Booked services must be used within 90 days of the purchase date. Refunds or cancellations are not possible.

For subscription cancellations, please inform me via email at least 7 days before the next billing cycle. You are welcome to request emergency appointments via Facebook Messenger.

Workshops and Courses
Your purchase of a workshop or course is binding. No refunds or cancellations are possible.

Certain group coachings and workshops may be recorded. I will inform you beforehand and obtain your consent. You may turn off your camera if you do not wish to appear in the recording.
By purchasing a recorded class, workshop, or course, you agree to the recording and its use for the stated purposes.

By participating in my coaching services, you accept full responsibility for your experiences and acknowledge that I do not offer medical or psychological advice.
